التنازل عن المسؤولية 

في حال فشلنا في الامتثال لهذه الشروط والأحكام عند تقديم الخدمات ، فإننا سنكون مسؤولين عن الخسائر أو الأضرار التي تعاني منها كنتيجة محتملة لانتهاك أو إهمال الشروط والأحكام ، لكننا لسنا مسؤولين عن خسائر أو أضرار لا تطاق. تعتبر الخسائر والأضرار ممكنة إذا كانت نتيجة واضحة لخرق من جانبنا أو إذا تم إدراكها فور استخدام الخدمات من قبل كلا الطرفين. 

المنتجات

يحدد هذا القسم القواعد التي تنطبق على استخدامك للموقع (سواء كنت تستخدمه لطلب المنتجات أو لمجرد التصفح). باستخدام هذا الموقع فإنك توافق على هذه القواعد. لا يسمح لك باستخدام الموقع إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه القواعد ويجب عليك تركه على الفور.

وقت معالجة الشكاوى:

يستغرق معالجة الشكاوى من ٤٨ ساعة حتى خمس أيام عمل من تاريخ ارسال الشكوى لايميل خدمة العملاء أو عن طريق المحادثة الفورية، كما يتوفر  رقم للتواصل من خلال تطبيق الواتساب(٠٠٩٦٦٥٥٥٧٧١٧١٨) وذلك مع ملاحظة أن التواصل عن طريق إيميل مختلف عن ماذكر سابقاً لن يعتد به كون ما ذكر هو الإيميل المخصص لهذه السياسة، كما أن التواصل من خلال المحادثة الفورية أو عن طريق هاتف التواصل في الموقع يعتد بها في حالة تحديد الإيميل ورقم الجوال المسجل للشحنة.

الملكية الفكرية والبرمجيات والمحتوى 

يجب عدم استخراج و / أو إعادة استخدام أجزاء من الموقع أو المحتوى بشكل منهجي ، وعلى وجه الخصوص ، عدم استخدام استخراج البيانات والروبوتات أو جمع البيانات والأدوات المماثلة لاستخراج البيانات (سواء مرة واحدة أو أكثر) لإعادة استخدام أي أجزاء أساسية من الموقع. يجب عليك عدم إنشاء و / أو نشر قاعدة بيانات تحتوي على أجزاء مادية من الموقع (على سبيل المثال أسعارنا وقوائم منتجاتنا) دون موافقة خطية مسبقة.
